Each quarterly session is structured across three full days — leadership labs, financial mastery, civic dialogue, ministry/governance, and cross-track mentoring with college and youth cohorts.

The Peer Advisory Circle
The spine of the program.
Every Professional is placed in a Peer Advisory Circle of 8–10 leaders — confidential, commitments-based, and facilitated. The Circle meets in every quarterly session and between sessions virtually. It's where strategy meets accountability.
